Perma Resi Cure is a resin based curing compound supplied as a clear straw colored liquid. When applied on a fresh concrete surface, it forms a seamless film which does not allow the water to escape or evaporate from the surface so that the water in concrete/mortar is utilized for self curing or full hydration of cement. This continuous film further dries to form a membrane which protects the concrete and increases its durability and prevents from shrinkage cracks.
Perma Resi Cure is ideally suited for all concrete or mortar curing applications where water scarcity exists or where effective curing is inpractical due to location disadvantage, accessibility problems, ineffective supervision etc.
Perma Resi Cure helps concrete achieve 90% or higher curing efficiency and hence helps in development of full strength.
Perma Resi Cure is ideal for curing doffit of slabs or beams where water curing is difficult.
Perma Resi Cure is advantageous in curing of repair works, and small areas of concreting or mortal laying where the full curing becomes doubtfull because of impracticability of keeping workers for curing exclusively.
Perma Resi Cure improves the curing process of concrete/mortar, by enhancing the hydration of cement which results in more durable concrete or moratr.
Perma Resi Cure improves the surface quality by the control of moisture on the surface.
Perma Resi Cure protects the treated surface by minimizing the potential dor shrinkage cracks.
Perma Resi Cure makes the treated surface hard wearing and dustproof.
Perma Resi Cure is spray applied and hence cost effective and eliminates the repetitive water curing system.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Perma Resi Cure can be spray applied on to the concreted or repaired surface just when the surface moisture has dried. Perma Resi Cure shall not be sprayed on to the bleed water of fresh concrete, as this will hinder the curing film formation. On the de-shuttered concrete surface the curing compound may be sprayed immediately after de-shuttering.After application of Perma Cure, foot traffic shall not be allowed on it till it is fully dry, otherwise the foot traffic will damage the curing film and effective curing will not be achieved. Perma Resi Cure is a solvent based product product hence care should be taken during application. The product should be kept away from sources of fire. During application workers should be restrained from smoking.
Perma Resi Cure should be sprayed at the rate of 3.5 to 5.0Sq./mtr./Ltr.
Perma Resi Cure is available in 5Litre 20Litre and 200 Litre metal drums. Perma resi Cure should be stored in a cool and dry place away from and source of fire between temperatures 10°C to 25°C
Perma Resi Cure has a shelf life of 12 months if kept in cool and dry conditions.
