Perma Strike is a universal ready to use water based mould release agent designed for clean release of concrete from form work made of plywood, metal, timber and other materials used in construction. It is based on special release chemical ingredients in aqueous form, which makes the system cost effective and eco-friendly. Perma Strike enables the form work to be released easily, resulting in smooth surface, free from surface blemishes and stains. Because of these characteristics Perma Strike is recommended for all types of cements including white cement.
Perma Strike is suitable for all types of cements and all types of shuttering materials or moulds. It is used in multi storied structures with the advantage of enhanced shutter life. It is successfully used in precast yards with minimum effect on the mould and resulting in continued desired finish of the pre-cast element.
It is ready to use and no dilution required at the time of application.
It can be sprayed for fast application on large areas.
It is eco friendly, does not release volatiles as it is not based on any hydro-carbon chemistry.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
No surface preparation is needed in case of new moulds and shutters. In case of old shutters and moulds all materials adhering to the form work such as concrete, oil and greasy deposits must be removed by suitable means before application of Perma Strike.
Stir well before application. Small separation is normal and the product get mixed easily on stirring. Perma Strike can be applied by brush, roller or sprayed with suitable spray equipment. Apply a thin coat and any excess of Perma Strike should be removed.

Perma Strike has a shelf life of 24 months if stored in manufacturer’s original packing in a cool and dry place.
