  • Apply passivator coat of 1:1 PBR+cement slurry on the cleaned steel reinforcement.
  • On a cleaned and prepared concrete and steel surface after the passivator coat has dried apply PBR bonding slurry.
  • Apply PBR modified mortar by float or trowel. Bonding slurry sets very fast hence modified mortar application should be fast and immediate after application of bonding slurry.
  • Moist cure for 24 hours and then allow it to dry off.
