DESCRIPTION
Perma Plast- EX is a water reducing and general purpose plasticiser for concrete. It is a product based upon lignosulfonates. Ideally functions like an integral waterproofing compound in concrete and mortar.

ACTION
Perma Plast-EX is a plasticiser cum integral waterproofing compound which disperses and deflocculates the cement particles within a concrete mix. It can be used to improve workability without the addition of extra water or to allow reductions in free water content of the concrete mix.
DOSAGE
Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast-EX. A dosage range of 100 ml to 500 ml per 50 kgs of cement is recommended as an initial starting point. For waterproofing work the dosage shall be 100 ml per 50 kg bag of cement. In demanding situations the dosage could be doubled.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Perma Plast-EX should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as the water. Never add Perma Plast-EX to dry cement.

A liquid admixture based upon refined lignosulfonates.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Perma Plast-Ex is not a health hazard or fire risk. Spillages should be washed immediately to avoid possibilities of slipping.
PACKING
Perma Plast-Ex is available in 100 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 Ltr, 2 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 10 Ltr, 20 Ltr, 25 Ltr, 100 Ltr and 210 Ltr Pack.
SHELF LIFE
Perma Plast-Ex has a shelf life of 24 months if stored in manufacturer’s original packing.
