DESCRIPTION
Perma R-Tone Filler-WD is a three component product consisting of water dispersible epoxy base, reactor and filler. It only needs on site mixing of the three ingredients to get a uniform consistency smooth paste which is used for filling tile joints. It is also used for filling the joints between stones, marbles, cut stones etc. Conventional cement based joint fillers are not strong enough they have the tendency of promoting the growth of bacterial colonies and the epoxy based tile joint fillers do not satisfy the hygienic standards laid down by the food and pharmaceutical industry. R-Tone Filler-WD is available in SELECTED shades, giving an ample choice of creating the desired pattern with matching or contrast shade of R Tone Filler-WD With the shade of tiles.
PRIMARY USES
Perma R-Tone Filler-WD is used for filling tile joints in areas where utmost hygienic conditions are desired. It is recommended in joint filling of tiles in hospitals, operation theatres, pharmaceutical industry and food processing industry.
GUIDE TO APPLICATION
Ensure that the tile joints are clean and dry. Mix the base and the reactor components of Perma R-Tone Filler-WD and add the filler component. Mix thoroughly to obtain a uniform consistency smooth paste. Fill this paste in the tile joints and finish it smooth. Any excesses or spillages on the tile surface can be cleaned out with a wet cloth or sponge when the product is still wet. As a standard practice tile joint filling is done 24 hours after laying the Tiles adhesives.

COVERAGE
20 sq.ft. per Kg if the joint width is 8 mm and tile size is 12″ x 12″.
A table is available in the shade card of C- Tone filler which gives coverage for various sizes of tile in different joint widths. Coverage is specified in sqft per pack of 1/2 kg. The same coverage chart can be used to assess the quantities of RTF-WD required for an area.
PACKING
Perma R- Tone Filler-WD is available in 1 kg. and 10 kg Packing.
SHELF LIFE
Perma R-Tone Filler-WD has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in manufacturer’s original packing, in a cool and dry place away from moisture and heat.
