DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Perma C- POXY is supplied as a two component product having a base component and a reactor component. Mix the base and the reactor component in a pan with a trowel and then add the tile joint filler of desired shade.Take 150 gms base & 150 gms reactor in a pan. Mix thoroughly and add 500 gms of Perma C-Tone Filler or Perma R-Tone Filler or any tile joint filler to make an epoxy tile joint filler. The colour of Perma C- POXY may slightly alter the colour of the joint filler, because of its own light colour, hence trials should be done to ensure the desired shade before application.
Before application, ensure that the joint is clean and free from dirt, oily or greasy substances. Mix the tile joint filler with Perma C- POXY into a paste and apply it into the joint and finish with a spatula. Excess material fallen on the tile can be cleaned with a wet cloth before it sets. If the grouting job is done on rough stone or with slabs with uneven edges it is advisable to use a masking tape on the edges to avoid staining as it become difficult cleaning thereafter. It is recommended that the tile grouting job is taken up 72 hours after laying of the tiles. For fixing of tiles mix the two components of Perma C- POXY in a pan and add cementitious tile adhesive powder to it. Mix thoroughly to get an even consistency paste. Use this paste as per normal practice for fixing the tiles.
