A SINGLE COMPONENT AESTHETIC WATERPROOF ELASTOMERIC ANTI CARBONATION COATING FOR EXTERNAL WALLS IN HIGH POLLUTION AREAS AND PARKING DECKS.
DESCRIPTION
Buildings are designed for human dwelling. The general purpose wall paints are designed to resist the carbon dioxide emitted by human breathing and other gases produced as a result of domestic kitchen activity. In parking lots and in the basement and the subsequent floors of a multistoried residential or a commercial structure, carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide produced by vehicles is too much for these aesthetic coating to resist. As result the reinforcements in the lower floors starts corroding, diminishing the life of the structure itself. Perma Flex Coat is especially designed for this application to safeguard the structure by protecting the concrete against carbonation under such severe exposure from the vehicle exhausts.
