A FREE FLOWING NON SHRINK SUPER HIGH STRENGTH GROUT
DESCRIPTION
Perma Grout – 80 is a free flowing, non shrink super high strength grout mix, supplied in grey powder form which needs only on site addition of water to form a ready to use grout slurry.

Perma Grout-80 is used for :
ADVANTAGES
High early and ultimate strength :
Perma Grout-80 achieves a compressive strength of over 300 kg/cm2 in 24 hours and strengths in excess of 750 kg/cm2 in 28 days.
Non shrink and expansion :
Perma Grout-80 is expansive. It exhibits an expansion of about 4% in plastic state and 0.2% in hardened state. Hence the chances of shrinkage of grouting material do not arise.
Free flowing and self leveling :
Perma Grout-80 is free flowing and self levelling. It occupies voids and recesses without the need of any tamping or vibration. The product can also be pumped.
Safety in use:
Perma Grout-80 is free from any added chlorides, sulphates, nitrates and any ferrous materials.

PACKING
Perma Grout-80 is available in 50 kg HDPE lined sack.
SHELF LIFE
Perma Grout-80 has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in original packing and kept away from moisture. Store in cool and dry place.
