A TWO COMPONENT FINE GRAINED EPOXY PUTTY FOR CRACK FILLING AND FAIR FACING
DESCRIPTION
Perma Master Fill-EP is a two component filled epoxy system which needs mixing of the two components thoroughly to produce a knifing putty. Perma Master Fill-EP is suitable for filling fine cracks, depressions on the surface and repairing honeycombs in the concrete to make it fair faced and suitable for subsequent coating. Perma Master Fill-EP is solvent free and chemical resistant.
PRIMARY USES
GUIDE TO APPLICATION
On the prepared surface wherever crack filling and evening out is required, prime the surface with Perma Master Prime-CN. Mix Base and reactor components of Perma Master Fill-EP in equal proportions till a homogenous uniform colored paste is obtained. Apply this paste over the primed areas and tool it with spatula or Putty blades. If the consistency of the putty is desired to be more workable then add a small quantity of mixed Perma Master Prime-CN to the Perma Master Fill-EP and mix.

EQUIPMENT CARE
All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use with cleaning solvents. Similar procedures should be adopted for break periods exceeding fifteen minutes.
COVERAGE
Depends upon application. Perma Master Fill-EP fills 5 mm wide groove to a length of 60 running meter.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day’s work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.

Perma Master Fill-EP is available in 1 kg Packing.
SHELF LINE
Perma Master Fill-EP has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
