NON SOLVENTED EPOXY PRIMER FOR CONCRETE SURFACES
DESCRIPTION
Porosity of concrete surface, moisture and the alkalinity of the concrete surface makes it difficult for the epoxy products to bind with the concrete bases effectively. To get over these problems an effective epoxy primer is made use of. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is
a two component product based on non solvented epoxy base and epoxy hardner. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 binds the epoxy products firmly to the cementitious bases.
PRIMARY USES
To bind epoxy mortars and flooring products to the concrete base taking care of the porosity of the base and mobilising the particles of the mortars into the crevices and holes in the base.
APPLICATIONS
Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is applied on a dry concrete surface which is at least 28 days old before laying epoxy materials. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 forms a part of the system with Master Wrap Saturant WS-20.

SUFACE PREPARION
Surface to be primed with Master Wrap Primer WP-10 should be free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles and excessive moisture.
COVERAGE
Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 covers 3-4 sq. mtr. per kg. Higher coverage may be
achieved if the base is sufficiently smooth and good.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Mix the base and the rector components of Master Wrap Primer WP-10 till a uniform consistency and colored liquid is obtained. Brush apply this on the surfaces to be primed.
HEALTH AND SAFTY
MEpoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day’s work all the packing material should be burnt and
buried.
PACKING
Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is available in 1 kg pre weighted units.
SHELF LIFE
Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
