DESCRIPTION
Perma Plast PC – 101 is based on hyper plasticising Poly Carboxylic Ethers. It may be dispensed at dosages varying between 0.4 to 3 percent by weight of cement depending upon type of concrete required.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Perma Plast PC – 101 should be added to the mix along with water. Addition of plasticizers to the dry mix or dry cement should be avoided. During long transits of concrete fifty percent of the recommended dosage of Perma Plast PC – 101 can be added at the batching plant and the remaining fifty percent at site just before pouring.

DOSAGE
Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast PC – 101. However a dosage of 0.4 to 3 percent by weight of cement, depending upon type of concrete required, is recommended.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Perma Plast PC – 101 is not a health hazard or fire risk. Spillages should be washed immediately to avoid possibilities of slipping.
PACKING
Perma Plast PC – 101 is available in 25kg, 100kg and 200kg drum.
SHELE LIFE
Perma Plast PC – 101 has a shelf life of 24 months if stored in manufacturer’s original drums. Perma Plast PC – 101 should be stored in place where temperature does not drop below + 5°C. If the product is frozen, thaw at + 30°C and agitate until completely reconstituted. Shake well before use.
