DESCRIPTION
Perma Plast Super PS-34 is a multi component liquid admixture based on high molecular weight polymers and naphthalene formaldehyde to produce self– compacting flowing concrete and to produce high early strength concrete.
PRIMARY USES
For the production of high workability concrete where heavily congested reinforcements exist or poor access is available. To produce flowing self compacting concrete which requires minimal labour to place. For the production of high strength, high workability concrete. Particularly beneficial in hot climatic conditions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Perma Plast Super PS-34 should be added to the mix during the cycle at the same time as water or aggregates. Never add Perma Plast Super PS-34 to dry cement

DOSAGE
Field Trials should be carried out with the given cement and aggregates to arrive at optimum dosages for the desired property to be achieved. However for guidance we specify a range of 0.5 to 1.5 percent by weight of cement for initiating trials based on type of concrete required.
PACKING
Perma Plast Super PS-34 is available in 25 kg, 110 kg and 230 kg drum.
SHELF LIFE
Perma Plast Super PS-34 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry place in original packing.
