DESCRIPTION
Generally paints do not protect the walls and ceiling from damp patches and growth of algae and fungus due to rains and consequent leakages. The paints lose their aesthetic beauty just in one or two working seasons. These paints do not protect the walls from atmospheric corrosion which results in dark patches. Perma Unicoat is specially designed and formulated to give long lasting aesthetic beauty and lustrous appeal to the high end buildings and bungalows.

PROPERTIES

DIRECTION FOR USE

Application of Perma Unicoat is extremely simple. In effect it amounts to cleaning the surface and brush applying the material. However follow the Surface preparation and application techniques as detailed below.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean the surface with pressure jet of water to remove all loose material. Thoroughly clean and remove mould release, oil etc. from the RCC surfaces. Repair all cracks by widening into “V” shaped groove and filling them with PERMA ACRI-SEAL / PERMA CRACK FILL.

APPLICATION

First apply a primer coat by diluting Perma Unicoat with 25% water. Allow it to dry over night and apply undiluted Perma Unicoat by brush or roller as final coat to a desired finish. The desired shade can be obtained through a standard tinting machine available with leading Paint Dealers.

COVERAGE

Perma Unicoat gives a coverage of 25-30 square feet per kg including the primer coat, depending upon the type of surface. The coverage can be stretched multifold by dilution with water without making any difference in the visual effect but in such cases the claimed property of the product will be lost.

PACKING

Perma Unicoat is available in 1 kg, 4 kg, 15 kg and 50 kg packs.

SHELF LIFE

Perma Unicoat has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacturing.
